With a background in Management Science and Engineering and extensive experience in agribusiness incubation and ecosystem building, her work centres on strengthening the conditions that enable youth- and women-led enterprises to thrive, particularly at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and circular economic models.
She works across policy, institutional, and enterprise contexts, contributing to the strategic design of incubation frameworks, capacity-building approaches, and partnership models that support smallholder farmers and emerging agribusinesses. Her perspective combines practical field experience with system-level understanding of food security, value chains, and inclusive economic development.
Within EcoWise, Ingrid plays a leadership role in building and strengthening the core team, contributing agrifood and Global South expertise to the organisation’s work on regenerative systems and planetary health.
